So my friend's dad owns a tattoo shop and has been keeping a Con in his 125g. He's wanting to change to a Koi tank, so the option was either I take the Con, or they flush it. Being the kind guy that I am, I chose to take it. I'm quite sure it's a female because as soon as I put her in the tank, my Texas put on his breeding suit and began thrashing around and swimming next to her. He's also been trying to make a nest in the center of the tank. She's about 5.5 - 6" and very pretty. Nice long fins and seems to be quite healthy. So if it turns out they become a pair, my first purchase is going to be a divider. 
And if the spawn is successful, I may try to raise a few just to see what the outcome is and use the rest of the fry as food.
