Hello. I have a couple of motoro and my male biting the female :irked:.I do not know how old they but the disk diameter is about 28 cm.The female it's much larger than male. It is a sign of mating? Bite is pretty ugly. Thanks.

hes probably horny..
if it gets extremely terrible... separate them..u could put a divider up.

well, sounds like the female is just on the verge of "the right size" for breeding so I would keep an eye on them and let them play unless she is really getting beat up.

Epson Salts, or Magnesium sulfate..aha..How managed?In what doses? Dissolve in water? Details please.

I am very upset. Bites continue and have become more intimate day after day. The female is stressed ... I have already separated .Another problem .. in the same pool I have other 2 male histrix smaller but they have started to bite her.This is crazy .Please help me :(
