I was wondering is anyone knew what kind of turtle this is.

That's an Eastern Box Turtle hatchling.

It looks like an eastern box turtle. I would post it over at ATP and you could know for sure.

If it's wc, in GA I'd figure 3 toe or gulf coast, but either way T. carolina sp. They're pretty secretive as hatchlings so a baby is a pretty rare find (same with the Clemmys sp., woods, spots, bogs).
