What are you trying to feed him? If he won't eat floating food then feed him sinking, if he won't eat that try frozen foods or live foods. Earthworms, small crayfish, frozen bloodworms, krill etc.

Go catch some little worms, or try some shrimp pellets. Next time you come by ill give you some

Try earthworms. Never seen a fish that can resist a nice juicy earthworm.

keep the lights off for at least 48 hours and get water movement on the top of the water.... put something like a log at the bottom he can hide under with the gravel. earthworms are a good bet along with fingers! lol.... good luck.
My bullhead started as a tiny fry, I didn't see him eat until he was 7". Drop some food in at night of the sinking variety, I don't believe there ever was a bullhead that starved to death.

i just put in some shrimp pellets in the tank so hopefully he will eat now
I think he will be fine, but I like to feed after the lights are out.

As a safety measure you might want to check your water conditions, I have never seen a healthy bullhead turn down food.

try frozen brine shrimp cubes.....my bullhead goes crazy when they smell the first hint of shrimp. Yeah it's a good idea to close the lights and then dropping a cube.

I have to agree-I have never seen more glutenous fish on whole.
Worms, beef heart, etc

Glad to hear it, I hope you don't have plants, because they will be toast.
They are quite nocturnal and love small worms.

Ya, I've heard that they tear up plants, and that can be VERY frustrating!

i have only seen my catfish feed on a cpl of occasions. Once on some rosies and then on some beefheart. They seem to keep growing though. Glad you found something he likes I'm sure he become less picky in time.
