dono
i just wanna see how hard they are to build
maybe make a big one later on
Isaw an article where a guy was keeping otters in a plywood/fibergass lined tank way back in late 60's. It was huge, 1 1/2" marine grade and railroad iron reinforcement.

I want to see a picture of that....it would weigh over 7400 pounds and the side load would be huge.

Hmm, um...maybe i have the wrong idea, but doesnt wood rot?
i think thats why they put fiberglass sheets or epoxy over the wood.

this is my tank http://home.neb.rr.com/piranha/brodgers.htm
it's not worth buying the materials needed to build a tank unless its a minimum of 125 gallons..otherwise your better off with all glass..but good luck, I hope you like mine

Its going to be crazy if had this kind of idea........... u had to look for special plywood which can sustain the water in it later......... if not its going to be leaking sooner or later........gd luck;)
