All mages I have seen of channa aurantimaculata on this sight and others have a lighter yellow colour on the cracks on the head. Mine has a irridesent blue.
Is this colour an immature phase and will it turn with age or is he a different colour phase. He is about 7" so larger than some I have seen in the images.
I will try and get an image up.
