I have available for purchase a 140G acrylic system. The tank has the "Long" configuration and is designed to be a show tank and room divider as the stand is closed both front and back. The dimensions of the tank are 84" long, 16" front-to-back, and 24" tall. The package includes the tank, stand, canister filter, 250W Heater, lids and lighting. The price is $500.
The fish (12" silver arowana, 11" clown knife, 4-6" parrots, misc SA cichlids & catfish) are not included with the tank, but available for purchase separately.
The acrylic face and back are in MINT condition - scratch free and crystal clear.
This tank is bottom drilled. Since the bottom drilling allows gravity to work to your advantage, I only had to use one set of the drilled inlet/oulets with a single canister filter to keep the water clarity excellent. Aesthetically, the tank is probably a 9+ out of 10, and ready for immediate placement in your living room, dining room, etc.
The tank is currently being used for freshwater fish, but will be suitable for saltwater and corals as it has never had any copper or other heavy metals used in it. If you are interested in any livestock, those of you who know me already understand that I have a wide selection to choose from. Let me know what you're looking for, and we might be able to work out a package deal. I am always willing to listen to trades offers for interesting freshwater livestock or other equipment/systems.
If you are planning to run the tank for freshwater and are interested in retaining the biologically active gravel substrate, just bring some buckets and you can load all of it up with everything else. Sorry, but none of the driftwood or rocks are included.
The tank will be up and running through Easter weekend. I am in the middle of a tank changeout/upgrade, and will be breaking this tank down over the next week. You are welcome to come by to see what it looks like when running, and verify that there are no leaks/issues. If you decide that you like/want the tank, a minimum 50% deposit will be required, with the balance paid at the time of pickup.
