and was wondering have any of you seen those worms you can buy fromn big deparment stores and gardening stores they say they are for worm compsting but i was wondering if they could be used for food for my oscars???
they are also really cheap :grinyes:

Jumbo night crawlers and dew worms... Your fish will love them and they will make a great addition to your feeding regime.
Just make sure they are cleaned up really well.

i got my nightcrawlers from petsmart :)
you can catch them in the beach.
Near the water, then wash them nice and they will love it.

that depends on where you live lol over here, we catch fish with 5 eyes on their 8 tails. :eek: damned New York water. :screwy:

As long as the worms arent in compost I think they will be good. If the worms are in the compost they will pass that on to the fish. Or you could go to a golf course or your backyard after it rains and catch nightcrawlers for free
