Yes, I know what you mean. When someone just post in this thread and has just a tad over the minimum I check their posts. If it think its more of spam then I delete them. The whole point of this is to thank the people who help build up the site. It will definitely be higher than 20 posts in the future. If you truly do come to post on MFK a higher minimum is nothing at all.

Setting a limit of 20 posts ( such a low number) is just inviting people to get to that mark. What if someone had 980 posts and you set the minimum at 1000. Would they deserve it if they tried to get the 20 extra even though they had so many posts prior? And I know that people are going to say you need to contribute to the board. Well I have only been here since May and I have posted some questions and replied to some when I thought I could contribute, but that didnt get me to 20 so I boosted it a bit.Since May I've been on this board probably every day(except vacation) for hours a day reading as much as I can.Like I have said in other posts "this is my favorite site". Also some people with hundreds or thousands of posts arent contributing with all those posts. I've seen many members bulls***ing with their friends but that is adding useless posts. Anyway take me off the list and I will still be around cntributing when I can and if in the future that lets me enter a free contest then great.

I noticed that one of the pictures of the Chinese Perch somewhere in this site (the picture with the 6 perch in a bare tank) also appeared in a report by someone visiting restaurants in China! The title of the piece is: "Fish Seen in Chinese Restaurants," part of a larger piece titled "A Tour of China in Winter" (http://www.aquarticles.com/articles/travel/Norfolk_5China_Restaurant_Fish.html). If those guys were at that restaurant, they must be goners by now...
