Aquaticeco.com sells the blue polyethylene stock bins up to 1,000gals. They also offer the installation of 17" x 21" or 24" x 24" lexan viewing windows.

You're thinking of polyvinyl tanks. Polyethylene stock tanks have rigid sides/bottom.
Here's their 1,000 gal bin with the small (17 x 23") kit. I bought their 650 gal with a 24 x 24" kit (84" diam x 35" ht - fits through my door sideways).

yeah, I was thinking of getting one of the poly vynl tanks the 8ft. 750 gal one! Not sure this would be good for permanent use as a catfish tank. I was kinda wondering if they can install a window on one though! If not oh well! lol.
