Phiesietria piscidi, a multi phase protozoal disease thats been showing up in Chesapeake bay and other coastal waters of eastern U.S for last few years. Symptoms are larger creeping ulcers and death. Seems to attack feeder fish like Menhaden. Can cause serious health problems to people including permanently lowered I.Q., I'm not joking. :headshake
