hey i know this is kinda not about anything similir but how many blacks could you put in a 125? i always thought they were solitary.

I think after about 6-8", they will be growing an inch a year.... :)

ooooo damn, i may just be getting one very soon then. but i gotta know. how do i know which type of piranha it really is. there are like 5 different p's that are known as blacks. i looked at the order sheet and it didnt have any real names, just commons. it looks like what i know as a rhom.

Hi,
Sorry it took so long for reply. The Rhom arrived on specified day and was so well packaged. They sent the Rhom inside of a tupperware container which had several holes cut in it for water entry and was in a double bag of water and then inside a styrofoam box. There was no way the Rhom could bite the bag at all. It is a Peruvian specimen and is in amazing condition.The color is beautiful and the eyes are starting to show a hint of red. It ate an entire cocktail shrimp 2 hours after being introduced into it's new home. I have nice pics but they are too large for some reason. Chiclid City Aquarium is a very good place to buy from. Good service and product.
