Well, any ways Im going to florida for 3weeks !!!! I was wondering if TRUST or JOSH ,can tell me were iiiiii I can find some Peacocks, Midass And Gar...I know the Aero jet was mentioned But I have NO IDEA were that is ,So PLEAS HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

My dear boy....the Tamiami Trail is where you want to go. My best advice for you since I don't totally remember where everything is down there, is to stop at the last bait shop on US1 south right before you'll start on a long journey on a two lane highway. These guys will be able to tell you how to get there, or just ask around how to get to the Casino, no joke. When you get close to the Casino there will be miles and miles of canal systems loaded with Peacocks, gars, some jags, myans, and a few other local Cichlids. Don't bypass that long two lane journey of nothing right before key Largo though.....this will take you to some of the locks (Aero jets) on little dirt roads of the sides of the main drag. I believe the last left hand before you see the last bridge before getting into key largo is one of the main spots. Saw quite a few peacocks in that one. One side is fresh, and the other salt.
Anyways, all the luck I had was pretty much out by the Casino. Look up South FL trip and you should find my thread. Check out the backgrounds in the pics from any of our trips and it should help you out with familiarity when you get there. GOOD LUCK!! :cheers:
