DO NOT USE COPPER BASED MEDS! Start with raising the temprature, add some aquarium salts to the water (follow the directions) and keep your lights out for a few days. That should help if the situation is not too bad.

I've used rid-ich+ and it doesn't harm my clown loaches.

Salt and heat worked when my clown loaches got ich. I like to always try that first before using meds.
