Alright,
To start off, I just signed up for MonsterFishKeepers.com Sooo... Hi, all... And my first question is: I'm tryin to get a 180 gallon tank with dual sump filters and 4 - 6 powerhead sprayers on them from my dad... He had used this tank before for salt water... My question is, how would I flush out all this salt so that it wouldn't harm my oscars? Do I just give it a good scrubbing, let it run for a little while, or what?

just rinse it out, and set it up with fresh water:)
I had a 300 that was salt that I converted to fresh with no problem.
Welcome to MFK! what else do you plan on putting in there?

Agreed. Just rinse it off. Converting to fw is not gonna give you any problem at all.

I would go a little deeper into cleaning or at least change filter nedia. If you add your freshwater bacteria like turbo start or bio spira, the salt in there will kill off any of the bacteria going through the filter when it comes in contact with salt water.

rinsing it off will do fine, a bit of salt whould only do wonders for your oscars...:character0004:

Many people, including me, ADD salt to their fresh water tank at every water change. Give it good rinse-no soap!

It is 180 gallon tank, you could probably leave all the salt crusties on and you probably would not even raise the salinity.;)
