Has anyone ever constructed an aquarium inside one of those old console/cabinet TV sets?
Photos, step-by-step, advice?

i put a bowfront tank in an old furniture tv. just build some support for the aquarium so it will be level with where the tube used to be and i had to cut some of the top off so i could fit my light and filter

Don't they sell plans for these in the back of magazines?

Plans are as follows:
1. THINK!
2. Be creative
3. Dont be afraid to make mistakes.
That sounds pretty neat... it'd be like watching the discovery channel
Been wanting to make one out of this old console for a long time.. no time to do it though.

That's a project I've always wanted to do. I know someday I'll be driving by the Goodwill and they'll have one sitting out with the furniture for sale... sigh...

Don't they have a channel that just shows fish swimming 24 hours a day? That'd be a great trick to pull on guests. I love the bowfront idea to simulate the curvature of an actual screen.
i got seen it b4... quite nice
