You just need to buy regular brine shrimp eggs and decapsulated them yourself.
Some folks decapsulate their brine shrimp eggs before hatching them. It gives a higher hatch rate and even the unhatched eggs are now digestible. Just google "decapsulated brine shrimp" and you will find a couple of ways to decapsulate eggs.

I read tha you can feed your fish the decapsulated ones without hatchin them, so they have all the yolk...?

Yeah, fish can eat decapsulated eggs.
However, hatched brine shrimp have real advantages: the fry are attracted to the movement, so they are more likely to eat well, most of the brine shrimp will get eaten instead of rotting on the bottom, and hatched brine will stay around in the tank for a long time until they get eaten, so your fry can have a continuous food supply.

I used to do it a long time ago and gave up because I didn't see the real advantage. The trick is to use chlorine bleach to dissolve the shells and vinegar to neutralize the bleach. Then its just a lot of rinsing to get rid of all that crap. I dont remember the amount of chemicals required or how long to soak them. I started doing it to improve the hatching rates of the eggs but I couldn't notice any measurable difference. Sure, you could just feed the eggs unhatched but I agree with LoTech in that the "live food" aspect is very important to stimulate the feeding.
