Most lungfish are not very active. You might try the south american lung. They are docile compared to the african ones.

You can never really use the terms 'active' and 'lungfish' in the same sentence. If your aim is to have a tank of active swimmers, you really want to forget the lungfish. Keeping a lungfish with fast fish just means slow starvation for the lungfish or bad water quality from overfeeding to get enough food to the LF.
The one species that can be housed in a 60" tank for life is Protopterus amphibius. This species can't be kept within a community, is very difficult to maintain, and almost impossible to obtain. I probably have the only captive live specimen in the US and it took me 15 years to find one.
The only other reasonably social LF is Lepidosiren paradoxa which grows too large to house properly in a 60" tank.
