Would a above ground pool liner be ok for a pond with koi thanks

I'm no expert, but I believe most above ground pool liners have fungicides/algicides embedded in them which may leach into the water and create havoc for fish.

blacktip is 100% correct. You can't use it with out problems.

Wow.. Great Info. How would you be able to tell if the pool liner were actually safe? Was thinking of setting up some large above ground pools to grow out feeders.

Use pond liners as they are made for livestock ang are heavier grade than most pool liners, they can also be heat welded to almost any size and shape.

i made a pond out of pool liner and it lasted about 3 years whin water gets low the liner will drie rot

Yes, it will work fine.

We rebuilt our liner pond to a concrete pond (to pool specs) and housed our 48 koi in an Easy Set 9x20 above ground pool for 3 months. No problems whatsoever.
