There are several you could breed in a tank that size. Use the search tool, and type "Pleco" and "breeding".

yes ancistrus species is best for starters. only one male though, unless you are confident that there is enough hiding places that they could easily not bump into each other all the time (even then its touch wood). when you buy bristlenose though, best to buy them all from same batch so you dont end up with different species. ancistrus and Hypancistrus (some named L numbers from tony) are easiest to breed. they are cave spawners so you need caves. ive written a load of info on breeding ancistrus somewhere, and on breeding Hypancistrus zebra, and its pretty much the same with all hypancistrus
