Some ghost shrimp would be find, but I don't think he would do to good on a cray unless it was really small, like half an inch.
oh
well theres some pretty small cray in the creeks around here

Well then the only thing you can do is give it a try. Just make sure you take the claws off, cause I had one of my favorite fish years ago blinded in both eyes by a cray, so now I always take them off.
take off the claws!, well i wont be feedin him a cray big enough to do any damage, but when they hit em they like instantly killem dont they

No, not really. My mbu puffer bite crays in half and they will still run around the tank trying to get away from him with half a body.
Also, they still have claws, wether they are big or small.
yea i know, i been cathin em in creeks and ponds since i was knee high, i'll just buy some ghost shrip er sumthin, thanx for the imput man

my puffers love ghost shrimp. and i can put crays in there that are 3 times their size and they will double team it, flip it, and tear it apart. haha evil Figure 8s

You guys ever keep your GSPs with anyother tank mates without them being totally ravaged by the puffer?

my figure 8 destroyed an albino channel cat, a blue channel cat, 4 crayfish, 1 hogchoker, 1 violet goby, and some other stuff within 2 weeks.
they are crazy. now he has a buddy, and the blue crab is the bad guy.
