What temperature are you keeping it at? What is the humidity in the habitat? What are you feeding it?
To me it kind of sounds like basic calcium deficiency or dehydration.

i feed it crickets , superworms and mealworms recently ran out of cricket so he's been feedng on mealworms 4 abt 2 weeks now.. dont know the humidity and temp tho. but he's got a uvb emitting lamp with him and i mist him daily.
if ever he's got calcium deficiency or if he's dehydrated, what do i need to do?

Ive seen some Chameleons get really lazy and always looking sleepy when they had calcium deficiency, one of the biggest killers of these guys. See if your guy has little red lines allover it body, if not then forget about this and look for a different reason.

maybe, try spaying the leaves or the cameleon itself with water, should lap up the drops. Make sure also you have a UV light specicifally designed for reptiles so they can properly metabolize the calcium in their diet, without this light the calcium in the diet will be useless.

Do you have an actual heat bulb or heat emiter on him. What type of cage do you have him in, veileds need ventilation and high humidity. Are you dusting the insects with high quality mineral and vitamen suplements, if not you should be. Finally, is he defacating, the shells of meal worms are hard to digest which can lead to compaction.
