Just wanted to say a public thanks for my man dan

I've never bought fish from over the internet before, and was always worried about fish in post, but i have to say i will do it again after dealing with dan.

He was helpful, easy to talk to, and patient (had to keep my fish for a bit).

When they arrived they were all happy, healthy and good colours- and some were a bit bigger than ordered which was great! Packed very well too.

Fair play, the one fish sent to me survived the journey and is sitting happily in my tank, and it is definately a fragile fish so i am pretty sure everything he sends will make it (long as he doesnt slack off) but yea for UKers - hes great and to some it up:

didnt get ripped off
didnt have my money stolen
fish came when asked for
fish came in good condition and were nice specimens

what more you want?

cheers dan

Put my message under the 'post of our fish' thread when it should probably have been here! Either way I still have the fish which are top notch as was the service from DD.

Cheers fella

Thanks to the new customers who got their new fish this morning. Pleased that all went well and all happy with prices, service and standard of fish.
My aim is to please and insure that people will want to use me again and again.
Im surprised that by meeting me though Stotty still says nice things
You can see pics of me arsing about on the MFK UK fishing trip picture thread, so you can see who you are dealing with.
Wont post a pic here as it WILL offend

But on serious level, thanks very much guys. A business would not be a business with no customers. Your the important ones. So cheers.

They scrap, but keep to each end of the tank, quite interesting fish but don't do too much!

Personally I do have a problem with Dan:irked:

He gets in all the fish I want, and I have to spend all my money!

Great guy and great service.

Maybe he should do a couple of imports of Guppies only which means we can save a bit of cash?

There again they would probably be predatory guppies that grow to 8"!!

I would say the majority of people who keep fish in the UK buy them in shops as the distance travelled is only small. In the states a different story.
If it was the case Dan would be a rich man by now, he's getting there though!

Maybe where you are in London, I agree, but outside London most LFS are crap. Honestly, the maidenheads around the south are better than the rest.

When I lived in Brighton, wildwoods was like a 1 hour 45 minutes trip each way, wholesale tropicals a bit less, so getting fish shipped was often a better and cheaper method.

Though let's say, if I lived near those 2 places, I would almost never get fish shipped unless it was something impossible to get there. It's exciting opening polyboxes of cool fish :D But I still prefer going in and choosing the fish I want.

Dan - when I move back to England in a few months like I said, I'll order an armatus and a few bichirs from you :D
