I think a tank wouldn't be feasible due to the shipping costs involved (remember, even if it's only in the States, that would include Alaska, Hawaii, etc..)

I think it would have to be a rare monster ... maybe a platinum/albino this time. Although the SR was fun, I think the next one should be something that's legal in the US as most MFK members live there..

I think a nice large acrylic tank would be awesome. or a crazy filter/flow system capable of handling up to 1000 gallons would be nice. Fish are cool too but Im not a fan of having fish shipped around, Id rather get a nice innanimate object than a fish because the fish could die within a week and then nothing has been won...

I think if we were to do a big tank han how about a gift certificate. Maybe do one for the winner at his choice to use at his favorite shop this way you could avoid the shiooyng cost and you could still include states and or countries that would to far away.

i think money is a great idea because then we can buy what we want where we want. Gift certificate is a good idea for a LFS of our choice. A tank would not be the suitable prize because so many people live overseas and it would cost heaps in shipping. and some people have enough tanks as it is...For instance, i live in Australia and other people live in England...etc.

I know i personally need a large wet dry for my 240 that i'm setting up just a empty wet dry with no pump or anything would be great and well appreciated by every one on mfk i'm sure. Don't let me sound greety or anything just something i personally need i would be happy with some mfk sticker thow i love this site. IT's the best fish site i have come across and the only one i view on a regulare basis at all. Great people here lot's of info and nice peeps. I would of never built my own stand for my 240 with out this place or been able to fix my glass tank. So what ever is awarded here is just a bonus because to beging with this site is killer. i'd love a simple tank decal. lol but not kidding on that, but along with that how about a BICHIR, maby alot of drift wood, some good fake plants or live, high watt lighting for the tank size of the winner, a bearded dragon + some kind of set up.
