here's my endlicheri bichir which i got last june 18th at about 8" :)

i like this guy since he's very active and is always on the move :)

he's now about 9" and is a very hearty eater.. eats shrimp & beefheart..

yup, the tig is hiding most of the time so its pretty difficult to get more pics of him :shakehead

looking good. i want a endie. im setting up a 40 gal with a 36x18 footprint for my bichirs to grow out in. How much ya pay for it.

Hey Kido how do the endli and tig interact.. I am actually gonna be having both these fish delivered middle of next week and was pretty confident they would be ok.. But since you have the exact combo figured I'd ask.... thanks

they are both doing pretty well, haven't seen any aggression between them at all :)
i had a escondido cichlid with them before and he was the one who was picking on the tigrinus so i took him out and put him someplace else :)
i'll be getting a channa aurantimacula pretty soon, i hope he'll do ok with both of them as well :grinno:

your pics are well taken, as though the endi is outside of its tank, on a table with a upside down flower pot behind.. =)

short bodies dont grow more then 7-8inches?
eg, those albino short body senegal..

:hearts: did you buy that endi locally or from an importer ? i've seen some of the stock that US importers get but none as nice as yours. Great looking bichir with superior development of the dorsal and anal fins.

yup this guys is slowy getting pumped, he eats a lot .. i'll post more when i get a chance to take pics again :)

i'm from Manila, Philippines bro.. endlicheri's occassionally are available here but quality one's like these are pretty rare as well :)

here are some short body albino senegal. that can be fuond quite commonly in singapore lfs.
they are really cute and dont grow more then 7inches. haha, i have 2 myself.

do you guys have them in the states? try and get them, they are really cute to keep.

those were not mine. the pic was taken from waku waku gallery from af.
but i got 2 myself, i bought them from c328 when they were about 2.5-3inches. at about 15-18(cant remember exactly) each.
and then dont seem to grow much, aft like one year plus, still stuck at 5inches.
