Does anyone have any yellow labs that are 5 inch, i have 2 juvinells, there active as hell, but they just dont grow @ all either. Any advice on them, behavior etc. Also i c they haev stripes do they get brighter or no?

My adult yellow labs are about 4".

I also have a yellow lab that I purchased in Mar 2005 that was 2" when I bought it and is about 2.5" now. I guess some are slow growers.

I have some labs that were born Aug 2005 and are about 2.75" to 3" now. They've outgrown the aforementioned 'runt'.

Preferably they should have no permanent stripes (though I guess temporary 'stress barring' is ok)

I've noticed a lot of variability in yellow labs as far a size goes. Once females start breeding they tend to stop growing anyway.
If you want to perk up the colours feed with a high spirulina flake and some frozen brine shrimp once in a while
