Unless your tap water comes out with a pH of 5.. I take that back..

It's not hard to breed neon's if you just give them the right water conditions and some good food.

Prepare a tank with soft water at pH 6. Put in some plants and let it cycle. After that you put your neons in the tank. Feed them with live foods, dapnea, fruitflies, cyclops, black musquito larvea etc. After a while the females will get bigg with eggs. They usually spawn when it gets darker after you changed the water.

the are already so small, i wonder how their fries will look like. haha, even small then betta fries?
coz betta are like 2 to 3 times bigger then neon tetras, but betta fries when just hatch are the size of this ,
haha

plus what can u feed thos fries? microsopic organism?

Green water infusoria makes great starter food followed by micro worms and daphnia.

you breed them before? do they pair up like discus do? or free for all orgies like guppies and platies?

I bred them in a long shallow 25 g tank that had lots of plants, As far as I could tell it was short term pairings but they all look alike to me.

You're probably going to have a hell of a time raising the fry successfully.
