Picked it up today glad i did to. I traded my 17 inch pleco in to the lfs. and befor i got there i called and asked how much for the lung fish. manager said 40 bucks. I new he was wrong so i asked again how much he said 40. So i get there it labled 49.99. So im told im getting ten off for the trade in. Then i ask why i was told 40 on phone and its 49 when i get there. manager felt stupid gave me it after trade in 31 bucks. out the door. little beat up. Pics to come this week. like 13 inchs give or take

got ten on the trade. i kept the larger of the two plecos i got. the one i traded had tore fin on one side from a met acedent long time ago. they poop way to much probly gonna trade the other one in also on another bichir when they get more in

lol thats one reason im getting rid of them . you wouldnt beleve how much they poop in a tank at this size omg.

Ima be getting pics of all my fish here within the next week stay tuned!
The lung is now 18 inch long it can tuch the top of my 75 gal and the bottom when he goes for air now!

I had a 3 foot African Loungfish before I revamped into a Piranha Tank, they are bad ass, I enjoyed mine alot.
i am trying to get one!! but it's harder to me buy thm becousa i live in Brazil!! The laws are severes!! And it will cost almost 70 dollars

Heres my South American Lung I picked up a few months ago, its about 3 feet now, the pics are just when I got it as it is still in it's transport container.

I paid $150 for my 3 footer. And they are super rare here, African lungfish are a dime a dozen and you can get a 3 foot one here for $40 as no one wants them, I have one of them aswell, its almost 3 feet, but fat unike my Southamerican. Love to find an ALF though, then my collection would be complete.
