Perch of some sort one of the regulars will pop in and tell you exactly what kind i am sure... nice looking perch too is it really that orange??

Looks similar to a chinese perch (siniperca chuatsi). If it is, you just scored

wow, nice fish, agreed with above - looks like some sot of perch but ive never seen a fish like that before, some sort of hybrid perhps? very interesting....
