I got 5 royal knifefish for a week plus but they refused to feed even till now...One of them just died...Anyone can update me on the proper way to their care-taking??
thnx a lot ! :feedback:
Well, if you have them in cold water get them out of it, they're tropical temperature fish. That would explain the failure to feed and the death of the one.

You have to give them time... and, the temperature is probably just now getting up to 30 C or isn't even there yet. Heaters take a little while to heat up tanks.

well...my tank temp has always been 30 degree celsius... 1 week plus have passed and they have not eaten...i'm just worried they will starve to death and my water pH is 7.5
Try lowering the pH and adding some feeders.

what are you feeding them? they have to be fed live fish initially or you will lose all of them eventually.
