I have the chance to pick up a 6ft long, 20 inch wide, 24 inch tall tank. Will it be enough for the life of my Jardini? I know most say at least get a 24 inch wide however it is a GREAT deal.

not sure if that would be enough... a lot of people consider 24" wide as minimum...

i'd go for it. 50cm wide isnt ideal and 60 would be better but fish can bend so give it a shot. maybe one day you will buy something bigger anyways.

Ok well I now have a choice...72x20x24 or 48x24x24 or maybe...60x24x24..

I hate choices...

NOt the 120 ... I would choose between the two 150's :)

Being either the 72x20x24 or the 60x24x24..

No sense in going with a four foot tank when you can have a 5 footer with the same width.. If width is your goal due to other replies :)

if i were you i'll get the 60x24x24 tank i'm sure your jar will be very happy for a couple of years until you've decided to upgrade on a bigger tank. ;)

you could do what i do and throw caution to the wind like an idiot... go buy a 300 gal. with a credit card then spend the next 10 years slowly paying it off... the way i see it, most people are in debt their whole lives whether it's a house, car, student loan, or giant fishtank... but then again im an irresponsible knucklehead teacher that doesnt make enough to support my "fish habit".

however if you're smart, go with one of these tanks, id go with the widest.
