Hi, Has anybody caught any type of parasite from inverts in a chiclid tank? Thanx
Leeches, tiny ones that came in on a crayfish, I threw in some guppies after getting rid of the cray, they ate the leeches and the pike cichlid ate them. I don't know if that type leech feeds on fish or just crays.

Are you referring to the small white worms often seen about the rostra of crayfish? If so, they're commensals, as opposed to parasites, and, furthermore, cannot survive on fish.
