Hi everyone,
I am new to the forum and have read some DIY articles about plywood tanks and concrete tanks.
I am wondering if anyone has ever tried cutting a rectangular hole in the side of a metal stock tank and using silicone to put in a viewing window. (Aqrylic or glass)
I know the cut edges would probably rust over time (even with the viewing window on the inside) but i was thinking this would be much easier than building one from scratch and waterproofing it.
Any thoughts or experience?
