Well my 210g tank is starting to look a little cramped. My current stocklist is:
2 C. piquiti approx. 12"
2 C. orinocensis 6"/4"
1 P. motoro 8"
3 Silver Dollars
I'm wanting to do something in the neighborhood of 8' long by 3-4' wide and made 2' tall. As everyone else is I'm trying to do this as economically as possible so any suggestions on building materials or ways to save $ would be greatly appreciated. Also the floor in my basement is incredible unlevel due to the drain in the center of the floor, in the past when I've had tanks down there I've had to shim the crap out the stands to get them level. Any suggestions on a more safe and stable way to make the tank level? As for aesthetics I'm not too awful worried about it, so any ideas for a cheap stand? Seems like concrete blocks would be cheap enough and I could always put a skirt around them. Anyone in the Cincinnati, OH area that has done this please feel free to chime in, I need all the help I can get!
