4 Rio Meta's 5.5-6" all dead. Water level got low so the gravity filter wasnt pumpin out water, but my surface pump was. I brought the hose in from the basement window as my water isnt that harsh around here.
I noticed the hose was frozen with whatever water inside of it, so I let it sit in the tank and turned the spicket on. Had a slow drip, and went upstairs to help my daughter. Soon it was time to pick up my son from school and as we were heading towards the truck I noticed my sump was kickin water out onto the street. Schick, I left the hose on. I turned the water off, picked my son up and when I came back, all four were dead and the water temp in the tank was 58 degrees. Lesson learned. Time to restart over. Thank god snookn21 "John" has some in.
