I just got back from a fishing trip to the Rio Travessao in the Amazon. As some of you probably know, this river has a unique sub species of peacock bass that is not found anywhere else. They are dominated by a golden yellow color and are slightly shorter and thicker than others. They max out around 15lbs and my best two were 13lbs.
