I'm not sure this is the place for this, but anyone got any good recipes for king mackerel? My father and I got a couple nice ones, and all we've ever cooked was rolled in flour and meal and fried.

steak them first, cut out 4 pieces of the steaks(top right, top left, bottom right, botom left) now take the nuggets and wrap them in bacon, secure with a toothpick. grill to perfection. no seasonings, just butter the grill, let the bacon do its magic. damn my mouth is watering!!!!!!
