Pure oxygen?

Hey guys I have a quick question. I can get some pure oxygen and was thinking about putting some in my tank what is your guys opinion on this? I know people use pure o2 to ship fish so I was thinking if you added it to your tanks eveynow and then it has to help right?

I think it would just be a waste. People ship with O2 in the fish bags because they get more oxygen. In a tank it wouldn't do much better then just having an air pump.
