have a new piece of glass and need ideas

I am getting a piece of glass that measures 90x32 and is 3/4 thick. I am wanting to upgrade my 125 to be able to keep rays so I figure ill do a new build only problem is I already have a 500 gallon and don't really want two MONSTER tanks. Im thinking about cutting the glass to 5 foot and using the extra to have one side window? Dimensions would be about 60x31x32T making it right around 250 gallons? I can't go any deeper front to back or else it wont fit threw a door frame because the glass is just a little too tall, id lke to have the tank be 30tall and 36 front to back but im getting a great deal on this glass so ill do what I can with it.... any other options would be great help and also. Can 3/4 glass be cut at any shop?
