About two weeks after i got them. One of them ate the other one. Soon after he looked like this he's about 9 inches here:

I then sold him to get a pair of these Channa asiatica. Only foto i have. They both died of some weird ass disease that literally made their flesh fall off. One of their tails was just bone. Hated seeing them like that

After that i disinfected my tank and was kinda bummed out about losing two fish in sucha short span of time. especially to a disease. Most my fish that have died have passed on because a)they've done the suicide leap (lost quite a few channas like that) or b) eaten by another fish. I then saw a couple of Channa Stewartii's so i bought two. I Only have a picture of one of them tho:

The last channa i want for my collection is the pleuro. Then i'll have in my opinion the three most beautiful channas, stewartii, pleuro and the auranti. Oh except for the barca. Waiting for ashdavid to get some of those beauties to start breeding then he'll send some my way. WOOT.

Had my auranti for 4months now. from a little 4inch baby in the first he's already over 12" now although he's not as hungry now it's got colder

well my gauchuas have paired up so i can't take pictures for a while so i can get them to breed and not spend on feeders no more =P
my striata has become too aggressive to a point that i can't take pictures. he cracked the tank already due to the camera flash......
one day i will have my pictures up.
don't have this guy anymore but i thought the pic was cool.

its doing aiight. i think its about 14-15 inch. i can't take pictures because he goes crazy when i go near the tank right now. prolly forgot that im the source of food because im starving him for the time being. this is like my 6th try on getting him off of feeders.
i swear my striata is a female or something always on PMS.
once i get a good pic i'll post it up. i had a good pic of him when a feeder got accidently stuck on his through. his mouth was open to the max where the bottom of his jaw looked dislocated. had 7 long fangs and about 6 small teeth . he eventually snapped the feeder in half but i lost the pic when i lost my phone....
aniways i will get the picture soon with my girlfriend's camera... but dont expect it soon cuz i dont have the fishes with me at the moment. i hate america...... but then there's no place like cali. =)

oh thanx very much ur the 1st to comment on that hehehe ..the sticker?? just fabricated it coz I know MFK wont give me one hehehe but I saw some of those in my LFS(in thier tanks) for the wares its just videowave professional from Roxio,i bought it 2 years ago from my LPS(local piracy store) hehehehe

oh the fish? just got it from a petshop somewhere in manila,its a pretty big petshop its like a mall of petshop,it cost me for about $1 per fish . Now my biggest is 14inch ,my biggest grew 12 inch in a month,now they are about 3-4months old.

I was wondering where Mox1e got his channa's coz they look awfully similar to the ones i sold a couple weeks ago and was wondering if Mox1e is the guy i sold em to. If they are they are looking nice and fat.

yo man i bought my snakehead about a month ago from woofdord aquatics a mint fish shop after talking with another member called paul aka stotty who ive known and somtimes work with in the store for about 3 weeks . stotty has taught me alot bout snakeheads and if it hadnt been for him i propaly would of ended up getting another predatory fish.

before i was intrested in snakeheads i was looking into getting soe red bellies but after seeing the channa and reading up about them and looking at lots of pics i knew that was the fish for me. how long have you had yours for there pretty nice do you breed?

oh right i recently sold 2 snakeheads to someone who lives near me. And yours look exactly like my old ones.
I don't breed i only have gachua's here. Most of my collection is in Hong kong
