water bridges?

was reading online about water bridges. is there a way to have a water bridge and aslo allow the fish to travel between tanks.

Its only been an hour and a half lol.
If the water bridge is holding water there is no reason the fish shouldnt be able to cross. Getting them to cross can take awhile, or so I've read.

Here is a picture of my water bridge. .i needed more water volume to keep up with the bio load on my 180 gallon. .i connected my 55 gallon to it. .my fire eel loves to go back and forth through it.
