Unidentified plant?? Anyone have a clue?

Well here it is, tried looking all over the internet 4 it, but nothing, i want to know how to keep it healthy and make it huge and grow all over my tank, it looks really cool, growing in between my green star polyp. any help would be greatly appreciated.:nilly:
