So theres not alot of fishkeepers in upstate NY so whenever I see something fish related pop up on local message boards about fish I shoot them an email and see what they keep.
One person I started corresponding with mentioned having a pleco that was too big for her community tank, being that I had just set up 2 125g tanks in my fishroom I said sure Id take him in.So she wants to make sure its going to a good home and wants to deliver him!
Now I live 20miles from nowhere in the woods so it was great free fish and didnt have to pick up.uploading photo now.

Nice win win situation. Hopefully the new plec is healthy.

Heres the only pic that came out good as I was moving him to the tank after drip acclimating for a few hours.Fat and healthy was eating within 24hours of getting into the new tank.

Her biggest concern was I was going to turn around and sell it,not likely I would give up something this cool
