Venustussicepts

I went to one of my local fish stores today and seen the coolest F'ing fish ever it was a Venustus and Compressicept hybrid it looked so cool well anyways they are only about 3inches and havent begone to spawn yet but if they do I will have a couple pairs there sweet... I dont have any pictures unfortunatly but I will try and find some comparisions... :thumbsup:

Here is a picture of a Venustus and a compressicept... And the closest thing I can find that ressembles a venustussicept... But ther real one has the same greenish blue color all the way through its body not just the head... It's sweet... :headbang2

ahhh, there are alot of natural malawi hap species which look like a cross between Nimbochromis and Dimidiochromis species, such as members of the Champsochromis genus. Its still possible that its a hybrid, but I'd put my bets that it isn't.

Oh, it is he breed them that way... The guy is like a fish god... He knows more in his little finger then I will ever know.... He's trying to come up with a new species or hybrid what ever you want to call it... But he still has the colony and plans on breeding more the only catch is that alot of hybrids tend to be starle and lets just hope that this isnt the case because there so sweet...

These fish arent even for sale yet because he wants to make sure they will successfully breed before he brings them out to the public.... I know because I was begin him for a pair...

trust me these guys blow those fish away I wish i had a picture... This thing is solid color at three inches just picture the body of a venustus and the color of a compressicept (though out the hole body) the third pic I posted looks more like one of the females then the male....

This could be the sexest damn fish I've ever seen...

Go to any chain petstore and look through the asst africans tank, there are all kinds of hybrids in there. I had a really cool venustus x comp cross that was gorgeous, I can email anyone a pic if they want to host it.
