A year ago I bought a couple of the new sunshine oscars from Pedro (along with a bunch of other fish). After showing pics of the new arrivals, I had a bunch of people post that the sunshines would turn anywhere from gray to black due to being dyed and or hormone fed. Well, here are those sunshine Os a year later. They're much more yellow in person than they are in the pic (camera flash washout). Thanks again, Pedro, for these awesome cichlids (and all the other fish I got from you). Here are before and after pics of the day I received the Os and last night's pic.

I actually like that color, not too shabby! I guess keeping a fish is the only "real" way too tell how it will turn out!

The "crap factor" of the pics is all my fault. My photographic arts skills fall into a gray area somewhere between Claude Monet and Clydesdale Manure.

Pedro, feel free to use the pic. I'm always stoked whenever anyone wants to use my pics for something other than wrapping old coffee grounds.
