i was looking into keeping hammer coral and i was reading that they will eat the fish,if small, in your tank. has any one had this happen to them?

no, that would probably only happen if the fish was lying in it

hammer corals can and will sting/eat smaller fish. haven't heard of it happening often, but i have read accounts of peoples hammers eating smaller fish. but then again, i've also read accounts of people having their hammers host domino damsels.

bubbles are pretty hardy and very cool looking, candy corals, frogspawns, etc most seem to be relatively hardy as long as you have decent light (they dont need really intense light like sps corals) and good water conditions. right now im only running pc bulbs on my tank until i get my VHO canopy up and running (i broke one of my bulbs when i was moving and im having a horrible time trying to find a replacement) and all of my corals have been doing good
good luck
