Details:
Raffle begins on August 1, 2005 continuing through August 31, 2005 (or until all 50 numbers have been selected) and is open to all registered Singapore members of MonsterFishKeepers. (http://register.php?)
Raffle number selection will start on August 25, 2005 continuing through August 31, 2005 (or until all 50 numbers have been selected). If all 50 available numbers have been selected by MFK Singapore members before August 31, 2005, this raffle will be locked. Numbers will be available on a first come first serve basis only after you have met the posting requirements in the Guidelines below.
Guidelines:
Raffle is for current residents of Singapore, ONLY.
Members must attain at least the minimum of 100 contributed posts to MFK starting from the date of their registration to August 31, 2005 (or until all 50 numbers have been selected). Staffs are welcome to partake in this raffling event, with a minimum of 350 contributed posts to MFK from the date of their registration to August 31, 2005 (or until all 50 numbers have been selected).
The date and time of the drawing will be announced 1 week after all 50 tickets have been selected.
To Win, you must be present (in person) at the Imperial Palace on the announced date and time of the drawing. If you are not present you hereby forfeit your opportunity to win any of the 3 prizes.
All qualifying participants present will have their name and number dropped into a raffle box. After the tickets have been thoroughly mixed, the 1st name drawn will win the Grand Prize. The 2nd name drawn will win the 2nd prize. The 3rd name drawn will win the 3rd prize.

Nope bro..we will not wait indefinately...we will play by the situation. But the maximum we will wait is for another month for the 50 slots to be filled from the start date. I am confident it would not take that long.

Then the draw would be carried out in Imperial Palace on the 8th Oct afternoon.

Hahah..bro, you are missing a whole chunk of information. You can read the rtg raffle thread on the rules and regulations again. We are not going to tag on the TOTO results anymore...cus the CID say we are not allowed to. We can do so by converting it to lucky draw basis.
So, this raffle is on lucky draw basis now. The draw is going to take place in IP. and the 50 nos do not need to be filled up. we shall close the raffle on whichever numbers are picked by brudders here and the draw carried out based on those numbers.
I will have a new thread on this once the raffle close for names submission on the 30th.
anyway..u got my pm on the aro pro shop in HK that time?
