hes still a bit shy so sorry for the rubbish pic.hes about 5 inches and eating 4 prawns a day at the moment.only had him for about 8 days.

Add 2 cups of kosher salt, he'll like that
do you think if i add another silver,it will encourage the other one out a bit more????my lfs has one more.

Adding another dat may encourage him to swim more and make him feel more comfortable, so if the tank is big enough go for it! I am soo jealous of all of you with dats!!!!!!!

thanks everyone.ive got 2 now but they are very shy,i hardly ever see them.will they ever be active and swim around the tank like the rest of my fish do or is there a possibility that they will always be shy???

how long have you had them? the might need some time to get use to everything. i think adding salt would help to.
