Is there anything I can gutload my mealworms to promote color enhancement with my fishy?

I was thinking about feeding them carrots and oranges before I feeze the worms to feed?

Any ideas?

Carrots are fine. I have also seen at EBV feeding them apples, potatoes, and greens for gut loading. What kind of fish are you trying to put color on?:naughty: Red Bangus maybe? GL wit your fish.

i spoil my meal worms and feed them hikari carnivor pellets. I feed them about 30 minutes before they become dinner so they've eaten some but not digest and shat everything out. I don't know if it makes a difference. i was thinking that if they digest the food all the vitamins are gone/

Carrots are great for red and orange, or splinke tropical color flake in their food.
