how do i get rid of green well all the algae thats on plants and stuff?

The uv will slow it's spread and prevent green water, several fish and snails eat it, cutting back on light duration also slows or kills it, but the best bet is lower phosphates and outcompete it for nutrients by adding more higher level aquarium plants. There are also several phosphate reducing chemicals available.
so hella plants will make it look better and make the algae starve kinda
